The Good Guise

The Cast-Iron Shore

The two witnesses came and prophesied in detail about two inter-related topics – how to find the tomb of Mary Magdalene and how to identify and eventually defeat the anti-Christ. This chapter deals primarily with pinning down when these events will take place. I have conveyed the contents of this book in person to quite a few people and the typical response I get regarding the two witnesses and the prophecies they delivered is something along the lines of, “Well, the prophecies of the two witnesses may well be as you say they are, but for all we know they may manifest themselves 200 years from now, or even later.” When taking this position, they often cite passages in The Bible such as Matthew 24:36 and Mark 13:32 which state:

But about that day or hour no one knows,
not even the angels in heaven,
nor the Son,
but only the Father.

Luke 12:40 also puts forth the same idea:

You also must be ready
because the Son of Man will come at an hour
when you do not expect him.

I always agree with them to a degree when this point is raised, but I always point out to them that they are referencing passages that relate to the coming of the Establishment, not the events that lead up to it, for that would be all events prior to the Establishment. Knowing that the anti-Christ, though created by and controlled by God, is far from what we stereotypically classify as God-like, it is possible to come to some general conclusions about when the prophecies of the two witnesses will manifest themselves. This is only possible, though, if we incorporate what the two witnesses were telling us during the 1,260 day period of prophecy into that process.

One of the lines that the two witnesses put forth during the period of prophecy that was made to provide us with a sense of timing regarding the manifestation of their prophecies is found in the song Glass Onion. This song appears on The Beatles (The White Album). Glass Onion is one of the more important songs of the period of prophecy because it provides several key pieces of information at many different levels. The line in the song that is relevant here in this chapter is:

Standing on the cast-iron shore, yeah.

This particular line seems to come out of nowhere in the song as it doesn’t seem to be directly related at all to the previous line or the one that follows. This particular line in this song should not feel special in this regard, though, because it turns out that each line, or series of lines, of Glass Onion is designed to stand alone for the most part. Glass Onion is a song that was released to help emphasize various aspects of the prophecies of the two witnesses. As a result, when any understanding of the song is attempted most people go far astray when trying to understand what is being said in the song. Realizing that John and Paul were the two witnesses helps tremendously when it comes to correctly understanding the entire song.

The two witnesses show us once again that they are closely aligned with God and Jesus Christ with this cast-iron shore line, for the origin of this phrase is found in The Bible.

Daniel is a book in the Old Testament that is categorized as being a book of prophecy. This is a correct categorization as Daniel was a person that had the ability to identify and interpret dreams of others; dreams that more often than not took place to foretell events slated to take place in the future. In Daniel 2 he describes and then interprets a dream that Nebuchadnezzar had about a statue. Daniel 2:31-45 is his description and interpretation of the dream:

“Your Majesty looked, and there before you stood a large statue—
an enormous, dazzling statue, awesome in appearance.
The head of the statue was made of pure gold,
its chest and arms of silver,
its belly and thighs of bronze,
its legs of iron,
its feet partly of iron and partly of baked clay.
While you were watching, a rock was cut out,
but not by human hands.
It struck the statue on its feet of iron and clay and smashed them. [136]
Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver and the gold were all broken to pieces
and became like chaff on a threshing floor in the summer.
The wind swept them away without leaving a trace.
But the rock that struck the statue became a huge mountain and filled the whole earth.
“This was the dream, and now we will interpret it to the king.
Your Majesty, you are the king of kings.
The God of heaven has given you dominion and power and might and glory;
in your hands he has placed all people everywhere and the beasts of the field and the birds in the sky.
Wherever they live, he has made you ruler over them all. You are that head of gold.
“After you, another kingdom will arise, inferior to yours.
Next, a third kingdom, one of bronze, will rule over the whole earth.
Finally, there will be a fourth kingdom, strong as iron—for iron breaks and smashes everything—and
as iron breaks things to pieces, so it will crush and break all the others.
Just as you saw that the feet and toes were partly of baked clay and partly of iron,
so this will be a divided kingdom;
yet it will have some of the strength of iron in it, even as you saw iron mixed with clay.
As the toes were partly iron and partly clay,
so this kingdom will be partly strong and partly brittle.
And just as you saw the iron mixed with baked clay,
so the people will be a mixture and will not remain united, any more than iron mixes with clay.
“In the time of those kings,
the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed,
nor will it be left to another people.
It will crush all those kingdoms and bring them to an end, but it will itself endure forever.
This is the meaning of the vision of the rock cut out of a mountain,
but not by human hands—a rock that broke the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver and the gold to pieces.
“The great God has shown the king what will take place in the future.
The dream is true and its interpretation is trustworthy.”

It is from this passage that the phrase standing on the cast-iron shore originates, and with this line in the song we are able to get a sense of where we are in relation to the coming of the Establishment. As the passages above indicate, there will be four man-made kingdoms that come before the Establishment. They are the gold, silver, bronze and iron civilizations as Daniel describes to Nebuchadnezzar, with the gold being the first and iron being the civilization that will be the final man-made civilization before the Establishment.

In the song Glass Onion John Lennon says that we are standing on a cast-iron shore. With this statement we are being told that we are part of the final man-made civilization, the one that must be replaced by the Establishment. In addition, by interjecting the word shore into this line we are being told that we are living near the edge of that civilization’s period. Of course, once all of this is realized we are left with having to figure out which shore, or end, of the iron civilization we all are currently on. Are we living near the time that the bronze civilization ends and the iron civilization begins, or are we at the other end of the iron civilization, near the time that the iron civilization is replaced with the Establishment? Determining which end of the iron civilization we are on is important because if we are at the beginning of the iron civilization we would be many hundreds of years away from the end of the iron civilization, which will be immediately followed by the first stages of the Establishment. However, if we are at the tail end of the iron civilization we can no longer say that a large number of years remain between today and the Establishment.

Fortunately, the two witnesses understood that this question would arise once the standing on the cast-iron shore phrase was understood how it was intended to be understood. To that end, they provide us with enough additional information so that we can conclude with certainty if we are at the beginning or end of the iron civilization.

The two witnesses were very deliberate in all they did that pertains to the prophecies. One way that this is so is that they used colors and words as symbols to convey their messages of prophecy. They were very consistent in using certain colors and words in that they assigned a specific concept or idea to many words and colors; they never deviated from the concepts they assigned in this manner. In this case, the word shore was designated to symbolically represent the edge of the iron civilization. This deliberateness that exists in their use of specific words and colors is able to be substantiated by examining the use of the word shore elsewhere by the two witnesses during the period of prophecy. If we look through every song that was released during the period of prophecy we find that the word shore appears in just one other song – Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds.

The verse that it appears in is a verse worthy of study because gaining an understanding of this verse allows us to reach a conclusion regarding which end of the iron civilization we are on. The verse in Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds being referred to is:

Newspaper taxis appear on the shore
Waiting to take you away
Climb in the back with your head in the clouds
And you’re gone.

While studying the two witnesses it was seen that they often wrote lyrics based upon biblical passages. [137] In this case it was possible to identify from where in The Bible this verse originates, and it is a passage directly related to the two witnesses. That passage is found in Revelation 11:11-12. Understanding how this verse and this passage relate directly to one another proves beneficial in a couple respects. First, once one understands how the symbolism in this verse ties back to this biblical passage it becomes easy to understand the symbolism that exists elsewhere in what they put forth to the public. Secondly, by understanding that the shore here in this verse in Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds is the same shore being referenced in Glass Onion we are able to see that we are able to claim that we are alive at the moment that the Establishment is scheduled to come into existence. With all that being said, let’s take a look at what is written in Revelation 11:11-12:

But after the three and a half days the breath of life from God entered them,
and they stood on their feet, and terror struck those who saw them.
Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them,
“Come up here.”
And they went up to heaven in a cloud, while their enemies looked on.

Let’s look again at the verse found in Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds, identifying the significant components of the song. This verse, if broken apart, contains the following objects:

Newspaper taxis
The shore
A head in the clouds

We can also see that the following actions are taking place or are about to take place:

Newspaper taxis appear on the shore.
Taxis are waiting to take you away.
You climb in the back.
You leave.

An understanding of what is being stated here by the two witnesses is best accomplished by talking about each of these objects and actions at first individually, and then in summation together as a whole.

Newspaper Taxis
____________________________________________________

The prophecies of the two witnesses are symbolically represented here with the word newspaper. Newspaper is a combination of two words, one of which is news. News is the word the two witnesses used to represent anything biblically related, just as the word Gospels means Good News. The paper portion of the word newspaper is a reference to the anagrams that exist within the works of the two witnesses, in the sense that newspapers are primarily comprised of words, or letters.

The notion that the prophecies of the two witnesses will act as a catalyst to bring about the end of the iron civilization is embodied in the use of the word taxis in the sense that taxis serve to move people further down a road.

The Shore
____________________________________________________

The shore portion of this line in Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds is now understood, based upon our earlier discussion in this chapter, to be a reference to the time period that exists either at the beginning or ending of the iron civilization as described in the Book of Daniel. Since we now know that the prophecies were delivered to further the coming to pass of the events found in Revelation 12 and 13 we can conclude that the two witnesses will deliver their prophecies close to the time that the events in Revelation 12 and 13 will come to pass.

Fortunately, it is possible to determine when the iron civilization will cease to exist as there is a clear and definitive start to the Establishment in Revelation. In Revelation 11:15 there is the following passage:

The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said:
“The kingdom of the world has become
the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah,
and he will reign for ever and ever.

This passage correlates directly to this description of the four civilizations that are to precede the Establishment as they are detailed in the Book of Daniel. With the final man-made civilization being the iron civilization we see that it is here in Revelation 11:15 that the final man-made civilization ceases to exist and the Establishment comes into existence, at least in its early stages. Understanding that it is at this time that the Establishment begins tells us a couple things.

First, we see now that the Establishment is not something that will instantly fully manifest itself as one would initially envision. No, the Establishment will be constructed within the physical realities of this world, meaning that the element of time must be a variable even in regards to the formation of something as holy as the Establishment.

Secondly, the famous line found in Glass Onion, Standing on the cast-iron shore, is a very accurate assessment regarding the timing of events related to the Establishment, for we are currently in the process of manifesting the passage found in Revelation 11:11. We almost could be no closer to the Establishment in terms of events that must take place, though no one can be sure of the amount of time that will pass between the completion of Revelation 11:11 and the coming to pass of Revelation 11:15.

In addition, it now appears that we are able to summarize in one brief statement why the two witnesses came and accomplished all that they did:

They came to bring about the end of the iron civilization [138]

What can be concluded in general is that the message that the two witnesses delivered appears to be highly accurate, at least for those aspects of their message that we are currently able to verify. As we are able to verify more and more of what the two witnesses put forth it will become apparent to all honest observers that they were the two witnesses.

So now that we see that this shore was used by the two witnesses when describing the manifestation of Revelation 11:11, and that it is at Revelation 11:15 that the Establishment begins, it is possible to understand that when John Lennon says that we are standing on the cast-iron shore that we are able to say that we are at the very end of the iron civilization as described in the Book of Daniel.

A Head In The Clouds
____________________________________________________

Revelation 11:12 states:

…and they went up to heaven in a cloud while their enemies looked on.

The biblical passage and this phrase in the song both make reference to a cloud, or clouds, and this reference by the two witnesses is a direct reference to the one appearing in the biblical passage. Since we typically envision heaven as being a place that is somewhere above us, the two witnesses chose to symbolize this biblical phrase as having your head in the clouds.

Newspaper Taxis Appear On The Shore
____________________________________________________

The Newspaper taxis appear on the shore phrase ties back to the following phrase found in Revelation 11:11:

But after the three and a half days the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet.

We have already identified what each component of this biblical passage pertains to:

  • The three and a half days phrase has been determined to be representative of a 35 year period. [139]
  • The breath of life from God phrase is a symbolic statement that indicates that God allowed the prophecies that had lain dormant for 35 years to become noticed, or identified. In this sense it could be said that the prophecies received a symbolic breath of life from God.
  • The stood on their feet phrase is intended to convey the notion that the active transference of prophecy is possible at this time between the works of the two witnesses and other entities.
  • The word appear in the newspaper taxis appear on the shore phrase was placed there to reference the idea that it was realized that prophecies are inside the works of the two witnesses. Since the prophecies remained undetected for 35 years it could be said that upon their discovery that they appeared.

Taxis Are Waiting To Take You Away
____________________________________________________

With the taxis being representative of the catalystic quality of the prophecies of the two witnesses, we are told here that the taxis are going to cause people to be taken away. This is what happens in Revelation 11:11-12 as we see that those people that become aware that the breath of life is causing something to stand on its feet are taken up to heaven in a cloud.

You Climb In The Back
____________________________________________________

Let’s look at the final phrase in this verse of Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds:

Climb in the back with your head in the clouds and you’re gone

The in the back portion of the phrase is another instance in which the two witnesses poetically cross over between space and time by incorporating sensory overlap into the verse. Typically, when a person is in the back of something they are physically in something. Since the taxi is used in the previous line we initially think that this in the back phrase is meant to imply that a person physically gets into a taxi. However, by employing the technique of sensory overlap we can see that this phrase in the song should be thought of as saying:

In the back, climb with your head in the clouds and your gone

Now that in the back has been isolated away from the remainder of this line we can see that the phrase in the back stands on its own and does have a specific meaning.

To understand what in the back means we need to conceptualize the two witnesses as an event that exists along a continuum. The 1,260 day period of prophecy is near the beginning, or front, of the continuum, or period, of the two witnesses. The continuum continues on and terminates once the prophecies are identified and acted upon. This period of identification and action is the end, or back, of the period of the two witnesses.

And You’re Gone (You Leave)
____________________________________________________

In Revelation 11:11-12 we see that those who go to heaven in a cloud, or leave, do so because they are struck by terror. By understanding that terror symbolizes Islamic terrorism we can surmise that the and you’re gone phrase in this song indicates that a terrorist act in the form of some sort of explosive or chemical nature is what causes us to leave.

The biblical passage also states here that those that discovered the prophecies went up to heaven which is why the two witnesses use the phrase and you’re gone in this verse.

Now that we have taken the time to gain an understanding of what is being conveyed in this particular verse of Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds, and since we have been able to tie this verse of the song to Revelation 11:11-12, which states:

But after the three and a half days the breath of life from God entered them,
and they stood on their feet, and terror struck those who saw them.
Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them,
“Come up here.”
And they went up to heaven in a cloud, while their enemies looked on

..we can conclude that the following is being conveyed to us:

Thirty-five years after the period of prophecy has ended [140]
God will allow the prophecies that were located in the artistic creations of the two witnesses
to be identified [141] and then transferred or internalized by those that have identified the prophecies. [142]
It will be realized that the prophecies indicate that it is from Islam that the anti-Christ comes.
Followers of Islam will respond to the dissemination of this aspect of the prophecies
by committing an act, or acts, of terror [143] with the end result being
that those [144] that have acknowledged the prophecies of the two witnesses as being correct are killed.
Those that are victims of this terrorist attack receive the salvation of God.
[145]

Now that we have a definitive understanding of what this cast-iron shore is and how those of us alive here after the year 2000 are related to it, we can formulate a rudimentary timeframe when theorizing when the events in Revelation 12 and 13 will take place. First of all, we can say that the events in Revelation 12 and 13 have not yet fully taken place. With what we now know about the two witnesses, and assuming that the prophecies in Revelation are taking place in more or less a linear fashion, we see that mankind has progressed through Revelation from the beginning up to where we currently are; that is, we are currently in the process of manifesting the events detailed in Revelation 11:11-12.

Understanding where we are currently at within the Book of Revelation is an incredible piece of information. Being privy to this sort of information allows us to look ahead to the next passages in Revelation and see what is slated to take place next. [146] Though it is true that how prophecy that has yet to be fulfilled will manifest itself remains an unknown, we can reasonably conclude that the manifestation will be able to be integrated in a reasonable manner into the chain of events that has already occurred.

Let’s take a look at the next passages that are scheduled to take place in Revelation. As you shall see, this passage is saying that a terrorist attack by Islamic terrorists will take place in the near future. The purpose of this attack will be to try and destroy those that openly acknowledge that the two witnesses were John and Paul and that the prophecies that were delivered by them that tie Islam to the anti-Christ are correct and true.

In Revelation 11:11-12 those that acknowledge and accept that the prophecies of the two witnesses are true and correct get called to heaven and go there in a cloud. [147] But what is meant by that statement? It turns out that we don’t need to speculate on that as Revelation 11:13 details how it all happens:

At that very hour there was a severe earthquake and a tenth of the city collapsed.
Seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake,
and the survivors were terrified and gave glory to the God of heaven.

The beginning phrase of this passage – at that very hour – is placed there to say that this passage takes place at the very same time that those in the previous passage went up to heaven in a cloud. The connection between the two passages is usually lost because readers of these passages typically assume that these two passages will take place at the same time as The Bible states but in different places. The opening of this passage should not be understood to say:

At that very hour there was a severe earthquake

but

At that very hour and location there was a severe earthquake

So, what is this earthquake? We can get a pretty good idea of what it is by examining the two references found in Revelation 11:11-13 that are related to the use of the word terror. Those two references are:

But after the three and a half days the breath of life from God entered them,
and they stood on their feet,
and terror struck those who saw them.

and

Seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake,
and the survivors were terrified and gave glory to the God of heaven.

As was discussed in the chapter Penny Lane, the Islamic variable during the time leading up to the Establishment is no small matter as it is from Islam that the anti-Christ comes. It will not be possible to stop forever this chain of events that must take place. It is no coincidence that Islamists are called terrorists, as they have been labeled as such to fulfill the prophecies in The Bible that speak of terror during the time period leading up to the Establishment.

With all of the aforementioned considered, being able to make the connection between the cast-iron shore and the iron civilization that is talked about in the Book of Daniel, and then understanding that the shore in Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds is not only that same cast-iron shore but that this shore ties back directly to Revelation 11:11-12 proved invaluable in terms of being able to arrive at a concrete understanding of the passages found in Revelation 11, 12 and 13.
